“Love thy neighbor” takes on a new meaning for local church

A recovering addict, Rex McQuillen is the pastor at Sierra Community Church in South Lake Tahoe.He is also on the board of the Angora Fire Fund, which raises money for the victims of the fire that burned 3,100 acres and destroyed 254 homes in South Lake Tahoe.
